Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The prize draw is operated by Add Momentum Limited (trading as “Wabbadabba”). Add Momentum is the promoter of this competition and neither Overture nor any related party, including Yahoo! Inc and Yahoo! UK & Ireland are connected or associated with, or are in any beneficiaries in respect to this competitionEntry into the prize draw is automatic (for up to 150 entries in respect of up to 150 searches in a 24 hour period) when you complete a search on our webpage with the url www.wabbadabba.com . The prize draw will operate until it is withdrawn from our website. No purchase is necessary for entry into the prize draw.
If you have won a prize, you will be informed of this, immediately after submitting your search on our webpage (if you are not logged, or have not registered you will be issued a claim code at this point). The winning notification (and claim code) will be displayed in a webpage.
If you have been issued with a claim code, in order to redeem your prize you must enter your valid claim code using your log-in details (or by registering with us). All prizes must be claimed within 7 days of being awarded, otherwise they will be forfeited. You must also keep your claim code confidential and safe until you have claimed your prize, as only the person who enters the valid claim code will be awarded the relevant prize (no prizes will be provided in respect of lost claim codes).
If you are already a member, and you win a prize while logged in you will be automatically issued your prize, go to your account to see the status of your prize. We may need to contact you before we can issue a prize, this will be done using the contact information you have provided. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days you will forfeit your prize. Prizes will be awarded to the account that is logged in at the time of search. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the correct account is used when searching.
A household (being one or more individuals, whether related or not, staying at the same address) may not claim more than 3 prizes which are awarded in any calendar month. If anyone in such a household claims 3 prizes awarded in a calendar month, then any other prizes which anyone in such a household is awarded during that calendar month, can not be claimed by anyone in that household. A Referring Friend is eligible to win only if they have logged into their wabbadabba account least once (1 time) in the last 30 day period.
Any incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery. The draw is only open to residents of England, Wales and Scotland who are over 18 years of age at the date that they enter the draw.
Entrants may not use automated measures to enter the draw, or to enter claim codes, nor may they use misleading or fraudulent details in their registration on the website.
You may not enter with multiple identities or accounts, refer yourself or use any automated system or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. If we change the number of qualifying searches per day, we will provide at least one day's prior notice. You and any Friends and your entries may be disqualified if you attempt to circumvent these terms and conditions.
Prizes are awarded on a daily basis (unless otherwise stated on the website) to entrants selected at random. Add Momentum Limited’s decision as to the choice of winners and prizes will be final in relation to this prize draw. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners who validly claim their prizes. However, where a winner can not be contacted, or where a winner does not respond within a time period specified by Add Momentum Limited, such entrant will lose his or her entitlement to the prize, and an alternative entrant will be selected at random and notified within a reasonable period of time that he or she has been awarded the prize.
Add Momentum Limited reserves the right to substitute the prizes with those of equivalent value. No correspondence will be entered into. The winners agree to participate in publicity relating to the draw and to publication of his or her name, photo and county of residence. Furthermore, by entering into this prize draw, you agree to Add Momentum Limited’s privacy policy.
A condition of a winner receiving a prize, is that the winner agrees to the terms and conditions of the respective third party sponsor that will be providing the prize (the identity of the respective third party sponsor (the “Third Party Sponsor”) will be announced to winners). If you are awarded a prize, you acknowledge that you will be entering into a contract with the respective Third Party Sponsor (and not with Add Momentum Limited) in respect of receiving such prize, and such contract will govern your rights and obligations in respect of such prize. You also agree that all issues in respect of any prizes which are successfully claimed by you, must be addressed by you directly with the respective Third Party Sponsor (and not with Add Momentum Limited), pursuant to your contract with such third party.
If any winner fails to comply with any of the provisions in these terms and conditions, or any applicable laws, rules or regulations, Add Momentum Limited reserves the right to disqualify the respective winner and select an alternative winner (Add Momentum Limited may also disqualify entrants and winners if it has other reasonable justifiable cause to do so).
This prize draw is subject to the laws of England.
